Once a client has booked an appointment with a BeautiPRO, the client can cancel, with no additional charge, at any time up to 15 minutes before the appointment. If the client wishes to reschedule the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be required to pay another deposit to secure the new date.
If the client cancels less than 15 minutes before the appointment or doesn’t. turn up at all, and the balance remaining to be paid is £35 or more, the client will be charged a Cancellation Fee of £25.
If the client paid for the appointment in full and cancels less than 15 minutes before the appointment, Beautifl will refund the client the amount paid, minus 25% of the booking price. If the price of the service was more than £35, we will also deduct a Cancellation Fee of £25.
BeautiPROs charge a Cancellation Fee because if a client cancels less than 15 minutes before the appointment, it is likely that the BeautiPRO will not be able to fill your appointment. The Cancellation Fee (together with the deposit), compensates the BeautiPRO for the loss of earnings from the cancelled appointment.
If a client is more than 20 minutes late the BeautiPRO is entitled to cancel the appointment and, if the price of the service was more than £35, charge the client the Cancellation Fee. If the BeautiPRO cancels because a client is more than 20 minutes late, the client’s deposit will not be refunded.
If the BeautiPRO cancels the appointment (except for when the client is more than 20 minutes late) we’ll refund the client’s deposit.
If the client has arranged for Beautifl Hair to be sent to the BeautiPRO and the client wishes want to collect it, the client and the BeautiPRO must arrange this between themselves.
If a BeautiPRO cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We monitor the cancellation and rescheduling practices of our BeautiPROs and will remove BeautiPROs who persistently cancel or reschedule on short notice.
